The hotel is situated near the beach and surrounded by greenery creating a pleasant atmosphere. the main eatery has a wide selection of food to cater to different dietary requirements. There are numerous activities to keep guests busy throughout their stay.
The service personnel seemed to lack motivation and training, leading to inadequate customer service.

This hotel’s location is perfect for those wanting some privacy as it’s situated far from the city. The private beach and multiple pools are great for guests. The hotel also offers a variety of sports and fitness activities, including crossfit with trainers who give nutritional advice. The food at the hotel restaurant tastes great and the guests can enjoy the many live music and entertainment shows offered.
Communication was a barrier as the staff primarily spoke Turkish or Russian. English speaking staff were limited and the service at the bars was not up to par.

I enjoyed the large green area with lots of trees and the warm and clear sea perfect for swimming. The staff was always friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. There were daily shows and plenty of activities for kids.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great beach and beautiful views from the room! the food was quite good with a variety of options. Best aspects: We really enjoyed the private beach and the stunning location of the hotel. the room had a nice view of the ocean and was well equipped. the food had some good options and was tasty.
Poor service ruined our romantic escape. the staff seemed uninterested in their job and not attentive to guests' requests.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a variety of massages and body wraps available. the outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers available and access to the beachfront.
One minor issue we faced was the karaoke night at the night club, which was a bit too loud. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
